In the message, you must specify:

• surname, first name, patronymic of the applicant;
• postal address or e-mail address for sending a response;
• phone number for communication;
• description of the claim indicating the types of product defects that do not meet quality standards;
• photos of the general type of products;
• photo and/or video materials that allow you to clearly identify a product defect;
• photos of labels, packages containing information about products, batch number, date of manufacture, barcode;
• a copy of the receipt for the purchased products.

The average period of consideration of the application is 5 working days.
Based on the results of the review, we will contact you and inform you about the results.
